WELCOME TO COFFEE WITH GOD

GOD CARES FOR YOU
The Bible has many verses that speak to God's care for his people. One popular verse is 1 Peter 5:7, which says, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you," This verse encourages believers to trust God with their worries and burdens, knowing that He is concerned for them. Other verses like Isaiah 41:10 ("Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.") and Psalm 23 (which speaks of God as a shepherd who provides and protects) also highlight God's care and provision.
Sometimes things happen and we do not understand why. Sometimes to understand things that happen goes right to we don’t understand everything, this is why God tells us to have FAITH, this means to trust God even when we do not understand. When we do that, we will find understanding later down the road of life. Trust God.
1 Corinthians 10:13: "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Throughout the Bible we are told how Jesus covers us, how He is there even when we do not realize it. When we know God loves us, this gives us strength to stand even when we are weak. His love makes us strong when we trust that love.
1 John 3:16: "By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers."
We are also assured that we are loved by God when we trust Him and stand on this in faith when we are feeling down. Some of the most powerful praise is when we do not “feel” like praising God. That praise uplifts our soul and our spirit. Praise God in your trials, God will deliver us.
Psalm 31:7: "I will rejoice and be glad in your steadfast love, because you have seen my affliction; you have known the distress of my soul."
When we seek God when we are at our lowest, we will see God move on our behalf! Trusting in the hard times is the strongest faith!
Psalm 34:4-5: "I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed."
We all know Psalm 23…
Psalm 23:1-4 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Psalm: 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
God even tells us in Psalm 139 how He personally made each and everyone of us with care and love.
Psalm 139:13-16: "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them."
No matter where you are right now, know GOD CARES FOR YOU!
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.
